6. Data Storage and Retention

Your data is stored on secure cloud services we contract via Microsoft 365.

  • Customer data is retained for the duration of the relationship and for a period thereafter to support operational analysis, historical reference, or archiving.

  • Prospect data is retained until it no longer holds business value.
