The Syndactyly Simulator allows you to operate on a high-definition, composite, state of the art hand model to develop your skins in congenital hand surgery.
Perform the incisions to release two zones of syndactyly. Harvest a graft from the forearm. Release an amniotic band using Z-plasties. Perform a first web space deepening using a double opposing Z-plasty. The Syndactyly Surgery Simulator has been fully designed by consultant plastic surgeons.
Course Details

The Syndactyly Surgery Simulator is suitable for use by SHOs, registrars and fellowship candidates in hand, plastic and orthopaedic surgery, particularly those with an interest in congenital hand surgery and paediatric hand surgery.

The Syndactyly Surgery Simulator can be used individually or on in-person, taught courses where instruction and supervision from experienced trainers can be provided.
Features of the Syndactyly Surgery Simulator:• Perform the incisions to release two zones of syndactyly in the second and fourth webs
• Harvest a full thickness skin graft from the forearm
• Release and repair an amniotic band of the distal forearm using Z-plasties
• Perform a first web space deepening using a double opposing Z-plasty.
